Up but not necessarily at ‘em this morning. This is Day Two of my efforts to become an early bird.
Yesterday went well. Good energy throughout the day. Power napped with E after work. Avoided caffeine after noon. Started winding down for the night around 9:30, which is super early for me.
Same plan for today. Except that we have community group this evening and I’ll need to keep my family focused afterward to get us home in a timely manner. And I need to remember to lay out my workout clothes the night before. That makes a huge difference.
OK, off for my run before I wake up my family. Intervals at the park this morning.
